Available services
Requirements and fees are set by the country's authority, not by each office. Each guide details them with a source, or explains where to confirm them when no figure can be published.
Before you go
Book your appointment
Most services require an appointment. Book on the official portal, never through intermediaries.
Gather your documents
Check the requirements for your service and bring originals and copies separately.
Reconfirm and arrive early
Check hours and closures the day before. A home-country holiday is the most common cause of a wasted trip.

Since when has Oklahoma had its own Mexican consulate?
Since 2023, when the Oklahoma City office on West Sheridan Avenue opened. Before that, paperwork meant traveling to Little Rock or north Texas.
What time does the Oklahoma City consulate open?
The SRE directory lists 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Friday — one of the earliest starts in the network. Services require an appointment from citas.sre.gob.mx.
Does it also serve Tulsa and the rest of the state?
The consulate was created to cover Oklahoma, Tulsa included. We could not verify the official county boundaries today, so confirm if you live near a state line.
Office-specific notes
- It is one of the youngest offices in the US network: it opened in 2023 so Oklahoma would no longer depend on Little Rock and the north-Texas consulates.
- It sits at 1131 West Sheridan Avenue in the Film Row district next to downtown Oklahoma City, and starts the day at 7:00 AM per the SRE directory.
- Being newly created, some of its information (general email, county-level district) is not yet stable across official channels; verify details when booking.
