    Date, venue, services and who is served are set by that session's official announcement, not by habit. Read it in full before making plans.

  2. 2 · Registration or appointment

    Most countries require registering first; other sessions serve first-come with a cap. Skip that step and you may be turned away despite travelling.

  3. 3 · Documents and an early start

    Bring the same documents the permanent office would require, plus copies. Slots run out early: arriving early is part of the process.

Seven checks before an announcement appears here. A social screenshot or an aggregator is a lead to investigate, never final evidence.

    Appointment or first-come, as the source states.

  • A checked primary source

    The official announcement, consulted, with a verification date.

  • A status kept alive

    Cancellations and changes are announced; nothing is quietly deleted or re-dated.
